Every Sunday, spend 15 minutes looking at next week's calendar, picking your top 3 priorities and planning meals. Put workouts on the calendar like appointments. Monday-you will feel so organized.
SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. 'Save money' becomes 'save $50 a week until June 30.' Write it down where you'll see it.
